Haggis

Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish, made of sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs) with onion, oatmeal, suet and spices. Those ingredients are cooked within sheep’s stomach.

That sounds tasty, doesn’t it? It seems like a something between Polish kaszanka or salceson. But visiting foreign countries without trying national dishes is a crime.

So, in the next couple of days I will try eggs with beans, puddings, haggis and fish with leek. And of course, I will drink a lot of tea (maybe with milk).

Please, wish a good luck to me and my stomach!
